The U.S. Israel and Iran

 2 Peter 3:4  Where is the promise of his coming? 

I have said before that prophecy is not doctrine until it is fulfilled.  Jesus, in the old covenant, was a prophecy but in the new covenant the prophecy was fulfilled.  Luke 24:44

 Exactly how prophecy plays out at best is a guess on our part based upon our current understanding, that over time,  may well change and how exact these events match what prophecy says.  At present the situation in the Middle East seems to be the most probable scenario for commencement of end time events.  I do not believe Iran will honor any agreement with President Trump.  Iran is Shiite Islam and the sect of Shia Islam follows Shria law.

Their entire belief system is based on death, jihad, prayer, fasting and pilgrimage to Mecca at least once in their lifetime.  Women are property, They worship Allah and Muhammad is their chief prophet.  They have a messiah like figure called the Mahdi who is the 12th Imam a descendant of Muhammad and is scheduled to appear before the day of judgement and conquer the world for Islam.  The Mahdi arrives during a time of Great War and leads the faithful to victory over the infidels, that’s everyone who isn’t Islamic.  Jesus is recognized as a major prophet but Islam denies Jesus is GODS son and the crucifixion. Islam is a combination of ideas stolen from Judaism and Christianity with their own insane interpretations and additional Satanic darkness added in.  Iran became Islamic about 633 to 651AD, when it was called Persia, by the Rashidun Caliphate overthrowing the Sassanian empire. For over 1,300 years the history of Persia, now Iran, has been radical Shiite Islam.  

If Trumps efforts with Iran fail this would mean war against Iran by Israel or the U.S. or perhaps both.  The Iranians actually desire a war because they believe the Mahdi will come.  Iran is not Arab but Persian and they have many times demonstrated their willingness to kill and lie?  Iran has never honored any agreements made in the past.  

Iran has been enriching uranium and has achieved about 60% purity thus far with 90% required to make a bomb.  World leaders believe that if Iran does make a bomb they will use it.  Israeli intelligence is closely monitoring Irans progress and with  the U.S.  have attacked Irans underground nuclear facilities before Iran can reach 90% purity.   Israel may also attack Iranian military targets and oil installations.  What May or may not happen is unknown we will just have to watch how events play out.

There are things that must happen before Jesus can return.  There must be the renewal of a covenant that the antichrist makes with ten nations; 5 from the eastern extinct Roman Empire and 5 from the west.  This is because the image in Daniel had two legs that represented the eastern and western Roman Empire  then ten toes 5 from each of these two divisions represent the 10 nations. This is NOT a revival of the Roman Empire but is the kingdom of the antichrist.  The covenant that antichrist makes with these 10 nations is for 7 years or 2,520 days.  The first 3 1/2 years are a false millennium followed by the second half of 3 1/2 years which will be the great tribulation that is cut short to prevent the deaths of all humanity.  Christ returns early to set up the kingdom of GOD on Earth. The antichrist is not Islamic but the Islamics will be nearly wiped out by the antichrist and the unconverted world will see this as Jesus defeating the antichrist of Islam. Islam is the false antichrist that when destroyed by the real antichrist will in the eyes of the spiritually ignorant seem to make the real antichrist appear to be Jesus. This causes the vast majority of the ignorant to follow the antichrist.  The wise, the elect saints of GOD, will know this real antichrist when he appears.  

What I am waiting see is a catastrophic event take place, one involving nuclear weapons.  Iran did tell the U.S. peace envoy’s that they had enough enriched uranium to make 11 nuclear bombs.  The question then is, have they ? Could this be why President Trump is suddenly interested in peace talks? 

It is the worst kept secret on the planet that Israel has nuclear weapons.  Iran has made threats about causing total destruction if they are attacked by the U.S. or Israel or a combination of both.  Is Iran bluffing or not ?  Netanyahu has said that Israel will continue to attack Iran even if the U.S. backs out of the conflict.  President Trump has made threats only to back off at the last minute.  The rumor now is that after the midterm elections President Trump along Israel will launch a tremendous attack against Iran.  Personally I am very confused as to how this conflict is being handled by President Trump.  In the final analysis we will just have to wait and see what happens.
