The ministry of the Holy Spirit is not of men it’s of the Holy Spirit….DoH !!! As Homer would say
Jesus, the Apostles and prophets were all inspired by the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is not the third person of a trinity, the Holy spirit is GOD THE FATHER. GOD is a spirit and GOD is holy therefore GOD is a Holy Spirit. “There is for us but one GOD, THE FATHER” and “That they may know you, the only true GOD.”
The ministry of GOD was proclaimed by HIS son Jesus Christ and called the gospel of the kingdom of GOD. Did you know that Jesus was not the originator of the gospel, his GOD and FATHER was. John 7:16 The gospel is the message of GOD through HIS son informing those who would be given to understand about HIS good news to the called and chosen saints. The good news is that we need not die forever because of our sins. GOD has a plan of salvation that HE has based upon HIS son, the messiah. This plan involves the ministry of the Holy Spirit of the FATHER to be indwelling a person. When a person has GODS spirit in them it begins a change of nature in the person. Our natures are changed from evil, sinful human nature acquired from Satan when sin entered the world, to the divine nature of GOD. Jesus Christ was born with this divine nature, the nature of GODLY love. The presence of the spirit of the FATHER in us teaches, guides and preserves us in righteousness to they day we die. We are to grow in this ministry of GODS spirit in us. Jesus Christ is the mediator in this process between GOD and us. Jesus was GODS example to us of HIS own character of love and righteousness that the saints are to be recreated in. Jesus was the first born of many, the many being the saints. How can GOD be seated at HIS Own right hand ? How could GOD be the mediator between GOD and us ? How can GOD have a GOD and why would GOD pray to HIMSELF ? There is only one GOD, one messiah, one faith, one gospel. This information identifies the source of the ministry of the spirit.
This spirit of GOD in the saints is the transforming power that changes human nature, but the Ten Commandments can’t change human nature only kill us because of it. The ministry of GODS spirit replaces the ministry of the law, the Ten Commandments. Romans 7:6 Remember Jesus said the law will remain until heaven and earth passes away, well that happens in Revelation 21:1. The law is yet in full force upon the unconverted only and is used by GOD to show the unconverted their hopeless condition of being trapped by the Ten Commandments in sin and death, these people are the spirits in a spiritual prison that Jesus preached to for over three years and before the flood Noah preached to. A saint is a righteous person and the Ten Commandments are not for a righteous person. 1 Timothy 1:9
The saints love GODS law because it drew them to Jesus in order to escape the rightful condemnation to death for our sins by the Ten Commandments. The saints, in this way establish the law without abolishing the law while not being under the law. Romans 3:31 There are billions of other people that need to learn the lessons of the schoolmaster. They need to Passover from death in the Ten Commandments to life in the two greatest commandments of GODLY love. This is what fulfills the law and how Jesus fulfilled the law. This is why the saints establish or uphold the law because the law drew them to Christ, it needs to draw billions more. How can anyone be saved if they don’t understand what they need to be saved from ?
It seems that many people frustrate grace thinking that it’s a license to sin because they don’t understand GODS love at work in a person. If you truly love GOD and you neighbor with the love of GOD then you will do no evil to your neighbor. To quote Homer Simpson again DoH !!! What is so difficult about this ? Even though the scriptures are plain about the ministry of the Holy Spirit, GODS spirit in the saints, the spirit that works in us to change our natures so that we are empowered to both will and do GODS will for us, the carnal world is totally ignorant of this.
The ministry of the Ten Commandments is; to kill you if you sin, that’s it. If you sin the wages of sin is death. The Ten Commandments are called the ministry of death. Well, it should be easy to see which ministry is the better one. Even the book of Hebrews explains this very clearly saying; if the old covenant was sufficient then there would have been no need for a new covenant. Hebrews 8:7 Paul explains what a covenant is and that once it’s established there can be no additions or changes and this applies to both old and new covenants. Galatians 3:15 The death of Jesus was the purchase price that GOD paid to buy people out of the ministry of death, the old covenant Ten Commandments and bring them into the ministry of life in the Holy Spirit, the new covenant. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20
Today all of professing Christianity does not understand any of this but GODS elect saints understand. It is the ministry of the spirit and not the ministry of the law that provides the hope of salvation. People today try to mix these two ministries together to their own hurt. Doing this mixing causes a cancellation of both of them basically making those who do this heathens. Does that statement offend you ? If so then here is another, your not of GOD, your of the god of this world, Satan. John 8:47 I was once of this world and understood only worldly things but I was shown mercy and now I know spiritual things. Sharing spiritual things with the unconverted is risky because it’s casting pearls before swine. Here on this blog my goal is to connect with other elect saints, not the unconverted world but thousands of unconverted people are reading what is written on this blog and if it offends them then tuff. I will not compromise the truth of GOD to placate you. The truth will either offend you or set you free, it’s your choice.
Elect saints of GOD you have the ministry of the Holy Spirit and are taught by GOD through Jesus Christ. It’s the ministry of the love of GOD that changes our evil human nature to the divine nature of GOD. WE have the example of Jesus Christ to follow and not the Ten Commandments, the old ministry of death. The hope set before us is greater than we could imagine. Remain faithful and endure to the end and you will receive the crown of life.
