Anti-communism

The Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) platform calls for steps toward abolishing the police and prison system, significantly reducing the U.S. military budget while closing overseas bases, and eliminating the U.S. Senate, though it does not propose abolishing the entire Congress.

Would not this severely alter our constitution ? Police and Prisons Abolition goal: Advocates for cutting police budgets annually toward zero as a step to fully abolish the police and prison system. Reinvestment: Proposes redirecting funds from law enforcement into community-based public safety housing and health care. Article 4 section 4 of the United States Constitution - The Guarantee Clause The Guarantee Clause requires the United States to guarantee to the states a republican form of government, and provide protection from foreign invasion and domestic violence. Although rarely formally invoked by Congress, the President, or the courts, there is some consensus on what it means. At its core, the Guarantee Clause provides for majority rule. A republican government is one in which the people govern through elections. This is the constant refrain of the Federalist Papers. Alexander Hamilton, for example, put it this way in The Federalist No. 57: “The elective mode of obtaining rulers is the characteristic policy of republican government.” Thus, the Guarantee Clause imposes limitations on the type of government a state may have. The Clause requires the United States to prevent any state from imposing rule by monarchy, dictatorship, aristocracy, or permanent military rule, even through majority vote. Instead, governing by electoral processes is constitutionally required. The Democrat Socialists of Americas platform in many ways would abolish much of the Constitution.  It should be very plain that Socialism is contrary to our Republic therefore it should be outlawed.

The Communist control act, which is still on the books, abolished Socialism or Communism and deemed both to be in direct opposition to the Constitution of the United States of America.

This act is still on the books but has never been enforced.

The Communist Control Act of 1954 (68 Stat. 775, 50 U.S.C. §§ 841–844) is an American law signed by President Dwight Eisenhower on August 24, 1954, that outlawed the Communist Party USA and criminalized membership in or support for the party or "Communist-action organizations", on the basis that communists allegedly vowed to overthrow the government of the United States.  The act also defines evidence to be considered by a jury in determining participation in the activities, planning, actions, objectives, or purposes of such organizations.

 Background

 

Created during the period of the Second Red Scare (1946–1954), the act was one of many bills drafted with the intention of protecting the American government from the supposed threat posed by international communists.  During this time, some argued that "the pursuit of subversive aims even by peaceful means should be outlawed."  Thus, many opposed communism because of its explicitly declared and historically demonstrable goal to undermine liberal democracy. In the words of Ernest van den Haag, there was "no place in democracy for those who want to abolish [it] even with a peaceful vote".

Act

The Communist Control Act of 1954 was originally proposed as an amendment to the Internal Security Act of 1950, which had sought to combat the spread of communism in labor unions.  Apart from its secondary focus which concentrated on the illegality of "communist front organizations" (i.e. labor unions),  the bill was drafted with the intention of tackling the root of pro-communist sentiment in the United States: the Communist Party. In its second section, the Communist Control Act characterized the Communist Party as an "agency of a hostile foreign power".  The party was described as an "instrumentality of a conspiracy to overthrow the government" and a "clear, present, and continuing danger to the security of the United States".

The act made membership in the Communist Party a criminal act and stipulated that all party members would be sanctioned with up to a $10,000 fine or imprisonment for five years or both if they failed to register with the U.S. Attorney General as such. Additionally, according to the third section, the Communist Party would be deprived of "the rights, privileges, and immunities of a legal body".

The Internal Security Act of 1950 had defined two types of "communist organizations". Republican Senator Hugh A. Butler of Nebraska later proposed a bill aimed at the removal of Communists from leadership positions in labor unions by designating "communist-infiltrated organizations" as a third class of communist organization. Afterward, Democratic Senator Hubert Humphrey of Minnesota put forward a substitute to that bill with the intention of directly tackling the "root of evil", the Communist Party members.  Through an amendment by Democratic Senator Price Daniel of Texas, both the Butler and Humphrey bills were merged into one. The final version of the bill was passed unanimously in the Senate. The House of Representatives also made additions to the bill, including a section which listed the criteria for "determining what constitutes membership in the [Communist] Party and related organizations".

Today we are seeing many Democrat socialists being elected to various state, local and federal government offices. They have also performed well in winning primaries by defeating more moderate democrats. There seems to be a segment of the voting public that favors these Democrat socialists.  Remember the Communists Control Act outlaws Communism even if it is supported by popular vote and that the Constitution guarantees all states a republican form of government.  What we are watching is the rise of a real threat to our constitutional republic. 

What is so unbelievable is that this act isn’t being enforced because the Supreme Court would call it a violation of the constitution, isn’t that insane ?! 

What these socialists are proposing directly attacks the constitution and would lead to a one party dictatorship.  Here again is the idiocy of the Supreme Court.  Any sane citizen should be able to see this but those justices can’t.  The courts say that the word “republic” isn’t properly defined in the guarantee clause and in this their ignorance is in full display because the constitution describes the republic and how it is to operate.  Do not people pledge, “unto the REPUBLIC for which it stands” ?

Years ago the people of the U.S. had a lot more common sense than today.  Communism and Socialism was not a threat at all years ago but in the years since liberal minded politicians and judges totally ignored the growing popularity of Communism and Socialism.  

Summary

There is a law on the books that outlaws Communism and Socialism.

The Supreme Court uses the Constitution to allow Communism and Socialism to exist stating that the Communist Control is unConstitutional and says that the definition of what is a republic is too vague and undefined not realizing that the republic is the Constitution.

That Communism and Socialism plan to do away with the President , the military and police, abolish the Senate, abolish the Supreme Court and set up their own court controlled by a Senate of their own Communist Party.  To also close all prisons and open all our borders.  All this will basically destroy the Constitution. 

The Communist Control Act prevents this from happening because it forbids people from pursuing these forms of government even if it is by popular vote.

The guarantee clause of the Constitution by law establishes a constitutional republic for all U.S. states. 

Conclusion 

A socialist or communist government is what the beast has in the book of Revelation.  Communism and socialism both promise liberty to the people but the leaders are servants of corruption.  There has only been one nation in all of time that GOD set up, ancient Israel, and hasn’t ever again set up another. GOD divorced Israel, they are not now GODS chosen people, the church has always been GODS true chosen nation long before ancient Israel existed. All nations and governments are now of Satan, even the U.S..  It is just that the U.S. is the lesser evil of all other evil nations.  The only perfect government is the kingdom of GOD but it has not yet come but when it does it will abolish and replace all human governments.  

The saints of GOD have been bought by GOD with the blood of HIS son and the saints are owned by GOD.  The saints are now citizens of GODS kingdom, ambassadors of that kingdom on this Earth.  While the saints do not participate in any human government they do have to live under them while they sojourn in the land.  Since the saints are in this situation they would like to see a government that does not oppress them.  This is why this article was written. The saints desire the U.S. Constitution to be enforced and not under the threat of communism or Socialism.
