Law and Justice from GOD is far superior to anything man has ever designed. GOD has only one law for all people. Numbers 15:16 Leviticus 19:15. This equal Justice under the law in the 14th amendment is a myth at best and lie at worst in the United States. From one state to another laws change and punishment varies. Some laws in one state call a certain act a crime while in others it is not a crime. If you are well connected you may never be charged or face punishment, which is respect of persons. Romans 2:11 The moral fiber of many people today is such that favorable testimony in a court of law can be brought with a price. 2 Timothy 3:1-5
To demonstrate how insane the justice system can be I will show you one very well documented example. The case of E. Jean Carroll vs Donald J. Trump.
Ms. Carroll claims Donald Trump raped her in the dressing room of a department store but could not remember the exact day this alleged incident happened giving two dates almost 4 months apart. I believe if a woman is raped she would never forget that day. Ms. Carroll testified under oath that she did not scream or cry out or even put up a fight. Deuteronomy 22:23-24 is GODS opinion about this. There were no eye witnesses and no physical evidence of the alleged crime. Two female friends of Ms. Carroll testified that she contacted them to tell them of the rape but this is here-say and not reliable evidence, however this is exactly what was used to convict Trump of the crime. The jury was instructed by the judge to go with their “feelings” as to the truthfulness of Ms Carrolls and the other two witnesses testimony as to the guilt or innocence of the accused, Mr. Trump. The jury in effect was being asked to read minds because no evidence existed to convict the defendant. Trump was unable to prove where he was at the time of the rape because Ms. Carroll could not recall the exact date and time.
Under the circumstances given here that I pulled from news outlets that covered this trial how would you rule on this case if you were the judge ? If I was the judge I would have thrown it out because of no evidence or witness which leads to a situation of one word against another. If GODS law was implemented in this case Ms. Carroll would have been stoned to death but in man’s justice system she was awarded 5 million dollars for something she could not prove and based solely upon her testimony and the hear-say testimony of two others. Upon winning this award Ms. Carroll did not respond in a way that one would expect but appeared on televised news programs basically happy and bragging about what she was going to do with the award money.
This trial was not Justice at all but far from it. Would anyone accused of a crime have any chance at all under the circumstances that this trial was conducted ? This isn’t a rare occurrence in the United States but a daily one and innocent people going to prison is a distinct possibility.
