Are You A Christian?

Many people make the claim they are Christians but are they.  Just because you say you are something does not mean you are.  Below are some scriptures that describe what a Christian is, see if you measure up.

KJV Matthew 7:21-23
 21.  Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
 22.  Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
 23.  And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

 22.  And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.

KJV Luke 13:3
 3.  I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

These are only a few scriptures.  Christianity is a way of life of following the teachings of Jesus Christ, of making them part of us and living them as Jesus did.  Unless one practices what he believes he is a hypocrite. If you follow the teachings of any other man than Jesus then you are deceived.  All the professing Christian churches of this world are filled with hypocrites.  Those who attend such satanic organizations have handed over the responsibility of their personal salvation to a man or woman who has been trained in the doctrines of their church, that are all wrong, and take no action of themselves but subcontract the salvation offered to them out to an agent of Satan.  These ministers of the Devil come as angels of light to deceive these types of people.  Salvation came at the cost of the life of the son of God but people of today’s churchianity want some idiot to tell them what they must do and some actually will do it while many others will not but either way they are all dead not knowing God or Christ but in ignorance believing in lies and fables.  What parades itself in the world as Christianity is not Christianity at all, it is Satananity, the synagogue of Satan.  This is the great deception  of the last days.

What these false teachers want is your money so they can live a life style above you who are ignorant enough to give it to them.  They drive luxury cars, live in million dollar homes, wear expensive clothes and adorn themselves with gold, jewels and silver while in exchange for these things feed you the slop they have defiled with their feet.  The last days were to be like this and if you would only invest a little of your time in the study of the scriptures you could know this. Are you to busy, do not have the time or just do not care?  If you want what God offers you must invest yourself in it and not use some satanic middleman.  You study scripture and ask God to guide you to the truth, You make the time for God and Christ and then they will make time for you.  If you have no time for them then they will have no time for you. Scripture says that where your treasure is there your heart will be also, where is your heart professing Christian?

The Elect

Many people have different theories about who the group called the elect in scripture are.  If we go to scripture perhaps we can find out.


KJV Matthew 24:22
 22.  And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

The length of the tribulation will be shortened because of the elect. This because the end time remnant of elect are alive and remain and are protected from the effects of the tribulation.

KJV Matthew 24:24
 24.  For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

It is not possible to deceive the elect.

KJV Matthew 24:31
 31.  And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
After the tribulation the elect are gathered.

KJV Mark 13:20
 20.  And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days.

The elect are those who were chosen.

KJV Mark 13:22
 22.  For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.

Antichrist tries to  seduce the elect but it is not possible.

KJV Mark 13:27
 27.  And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.

The elect are scattered and gathered from the four winds.

KJV Luke 18:7
7.  And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them?

God will avenge His elect, His chosen.

KJV Romans 8:33
 33.  Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.

The elect are justified, the just, who are of faith and have the Holy Spirit, justified in Jesus.

KJV Romans 9:11
11.  (For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth;)

Election stands and not works.  The works are referring to the works of the law and no one is justified by the works but according to election, to grace through faith.

KJV Romans 11:5
 5.  Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.

The remnant of grace is the church. Carnal Israel was the election under the law.

KJV Romans 11:7
 7.  What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded.

Carnal Israel under the law did not obtain but the election of grace did obtain.

KJV Romans 11:26-28
26.  And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
 27.  For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.
 28.  As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers' sakes.

Carnal Israel is saved when Jesus returns to deliver them out of the tribulation. Only then shall ungodliness be taken away. Until then they are enemies of the gospel but because of Gods promise to Abraham they are beloved and will yet be saved.

KJV Colossians 3:12
12.  Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;

Paul calls these former gentiles, the elect of God.

KJV 1 Thessalonians 1:4
 4.  Knowing, brethren beloved, your election of God.

These also are elect of God.

KJV 2 Timothy 2:10
 10.  Therefore I endure all things for the elect's sakes, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.

Paul endured all things for the sake of the church, the elect.

KJV Titus 1:1
 1.  Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God's elect, and the acknowledging of the truth which is after godliness;

Gods elect are of faith and truth.

KJV 1 Peter 1:1-2
1.  Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, to the strangers scattered throughout Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia,
 2.  Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.

Peter calls the church the elect.

KJV 1 Peter 5:13
 13.  The church that is at Babylon, elected together with you, saluteth you; and so doth Marcus my son.

There were churches in different locations but all were the elect.

KJV 2 Peter 1:10
10.  Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:

The saints, those who believe in Christ and have the Holy Spirit need to make their calling and election sure.

KJV 2 John 1:1
 1.  The elder unto the elect lady and her children, whom I love in the truth; and not I only, but also all they that have known the truth;

John calls the church the elect.

KJV 2 John 1:13
 13.  The children of thy elect sister greet thee. Amen.

The sister church is also elect.


KJV Isaiah 65:9
 9.  And I will bring forth a seed out of Jacob, and out of Judah an inheritor of my mountains: and mine elect shall inherit it, and my servants shall dwell there.

The church, the saints, the elect are to be heirs with Jesus, not carnal Israel.

All the people in Hebrews 11 were the saints before Jesus.  All these wanted a better resurrection which is the first resurrection.  These people are the olive tree into which the saints after Jesus are grafted.  Together, combined, these two groups are the 144000, the elect of God who will be in the first resurrection when Jesus returns. These two groups were symbolized by the ritual holy day of ancient Israel in Leviticus 23:17 by the two loaves of bread which are the first fruits of God, the elect, the church.  The church is built on the foundation of these men and the apostles, so they are indeed a part of the church if they are part of the foundation.  There are no “carnal Jews” who are the 144000, the elect, the church.  The people of Hebrews 11 are resurrected at the same time as all the saints, they had the same faith, the same hope in Jesus, had the Holy Spirit and knew the gospel. They look for new Jerusalem and everlasting life.  The sealing of the elect in Revelation 7 is the remainder of the elect that are alive and remain because all the other elect are dead and were sealed at death because they will be resurrected to immortality in a twinkling of an eye.  The tribulation cannot hurt the elect dead saints but the living must be sealed before the tribulation. The tribulation is Satans wrath and this is what the elect are protected from. The elect are spirit beings by the time God is ready to pour out His wrath.  If Abraham and Moses are in the first resurrection then they have to be part of the church,   the elect, the first fruits.  David and Job knew they would be in the first resurrection.

KJV Psalms 17:15
15.  As for me, I will behold thy face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with thy likeness.


KJV Job 14:14-15
14.  If a man die, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come.
 15.  Thou shalt call, and I will answer thee: thou wilt have a desire to the work of thine hands.

The elect of God is the church.

Be You Therefore Perfect

The Saints Of God Must Become Perfect And Unable To Sin While Human Beings & Before They Are Changed Into Spirit Beings With Everlasting Life.  Jesus was, while a man, perfect and unable to sin before he became a spirit being. Jesus would not set this goal for us if he himself was not already perfect. No one will enter the kingdom of God if there is any chance they could sin because sin nor its potential cannot exist in the kingdom of God. Therefore, if Jesus entered the kingdom he did so as one unable to sin.

KJV Ephesians 4:13 13.  Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:

We become perfect as men, men who measure up to the standard of the man Jesus, not the spirit being Jesus.  Sin is our problem, it was not a problem for Jesus, Jesus came to save us not himself.  If our standard and example is Jesus in order to be perfect then Jesus was perfect, unable to sin.  Sin will keep us out of the kingdom of God, it is the sin problem that makes us imperfect and unacceptable.  Jesus took care of this problem.

KJV Colossians 1:28 28.  Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:

KJV 2 Timothy 3:17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

Sin is imperfection and is unacceptable to God and God will not allow sin or its potential in His kingdom.  To be unable to sin is perfection, it is righteousness and it is the love of God.  The scripture no where says that we become unable to sin when changed from flesh to spirit but we are changed, transformed now while yet flesh and blood to become unable to sin.

KJV Hebrews 10:14  For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.

Sanctified means to be set apart for Gods holy use.  Men are sanctified, spirit beings are not and this proves that the saints must become unable to sin before being given everlasting life.

KJV Hebrews 12:23 To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,

When the saints receive  the Holy Spirit their journey toward perfection begins.  It is full of challenges, trials and troubles.  The spiritual muscle is exercised by all these things we face and by never giving up the good fight of faith we can through Jesus and the power of his God grow in the Holy Spirit.  This growth will not be the same for all but each will grow; some ten, some thirty, some sixty or a hundred fold.  God wants to see a return on His investment in you, God wants you to use the power He has made available to you so that you can overcome sin.  If you die in the faith having fruit to God, at the level of ten fold, then at death God will seal you and you become one of the 144000.  If you are alive and remain and have grown thirty fold, you will have been sealed just before the beginning of the great tribulation and will be just like Jesus was when he was on this Earth.  Those in the innumerable multitude will be sealed when martyred.  The Holy Spirit is the promise of God, the guarantee of God that if you remain faithful and endure to the end you will receive everlasting life which is what salvation is.  Salvation is everlasting life but we must first go through grace and faith be worthy of it.  To be worthy means to have kept the faith, to overcome sin in our life, to love with the love of God both God and neighbor and endure the present evil age waiting and watching for the return of Jesus Christ.

KJV Matthew 10:38
38.  And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me.

KJV Matthew 22:8
 8.  Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy.

KJV Luke 20:35-36
 35.  But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage:
 36.  Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection.

KJV Luke 21:36
 36.  Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

KJV Acts 13:46
 46.  Then Paul and Barnabas waxed bold, and said, It was necessary that the word of God should first have been spoken to you: but seeing ye put it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles.

KJV Ephesians 4:1
 1.  I Therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called,

KJV Colossians 1:10
 10.  That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;

KJV 1 Thessalonians 2:12
 12.  That ye would walk worthy of God, who hath called you unto his kingdom and glory.

Jesus Christ was born worthy, God created Jesus worthy so that the saints could through Jesus become worthy.  Jesus was, as a man, the example, the demonstration to us of what we must become to be in the kingdom of God.  This Jesus had to be the idea in Gods mind of what God wants for us.  For God to send us anything less than absolute perfection as our model and example is totally unscriptural and makes the entire plan of God useless.  Would you, as a human father give your son anything less than the best?  If your son asked for bread would you give him a stone?

KJV Matthew 7:9
9.  Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone?

God did not give us an imperfect messiah or one that was a potential sinner and put our salvation in any doubt but God gave us a perfect man, His only begotten son, full of the love of God and the righteousness of God who was unable to sin just like his Father. 

If you want to be in the kingdom of God then you had better become like the man Jesus; a man of absolute perfection, of Godly love, righteous and unable to sin. 

To the degree of growth a saint will attain, God will accept it as fruit.  Sin is what must be conquered and eliminated completely.  Sin or its potential will not be in the kingdom of God.  Jesus could not have been a potential sinner, Jesus must have been unable to sin and this is our goal, our example our model, absolute perfection.  God will not accept anything less.

The divine nature of God is what the saints are partaking of by Gods Spirit in us.  God works in us to desire and do His will.  It is Gods will to destroy sin, to totally eradicate sin.  God will not accept a potential sinner.  As long as the saints grow and produce some degree of fruit to God, God will accept this and seal His divine nature in us at death or for those who are alive and remain just before the tribulation.  This must be of our will and desire in agreement with what Gods will and desire is for us.  God will not force salvation on anyone, we must of our own will walk in agreement with God. 

If we do not seek with all our heart to become like the man Jesus while yet in this flesh we will never be in the kingdom of God. The potter of the clay molds the spirits of men not the fleshly bodies of men into and image and likeness of the one He sent to be our example.  This man was Jesus and if you think Jesus was anything less than absolute perfection and unable to sin then you will not be in the kingdom of God because your example falls far short of what God requires.
