SCRIPTURE INCORRECTLY USED TO SUPPORT TEN COMMANDMENT KEEPING FOR TRUE CHRISTIANS

 

There are some verses in scripture that people use who think they must keep the Ten Commandments; here is one they use to support this claim.  In Matthew 19:16-24 the story about the rich young ruler. The rich young ruler asked Jesus, “what good thing must I do to obtain everlasting life ?”  Jesus replied, “If you want to enter life keep the commandments.”  The rich young ruler said, “which ones ?”  Jesus answered, “Do not murder, do not commit adultery, do not bear false witness, honor your father and mother, AND LOVE YOU NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.”  The rich young ruler said, “All these I have kept, what do I still lack ?”  Jesus replied, “If you want to be perfect sell all your possessions and give to the poor and you will have treasure in heaven. THEN COME AND FOLLOW ME.”  When the rich young ruler heard this he went away in sorrow because he had great wealth.  Then Jesus said to his disciples, “It is hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven.”

Take note that the rich young ruler thought he had kept the Ten Commandments but it is a spiritual truth that no one can keep the Ten Commandments because ALL HAVE SINNED AND HAVE FALLEN SHORT OF THE GLORY OF GOD.  If righteousness came through the Ten Commandments then Jesus died for nothing. 

 The Ten Commandments, written and engraved on stone, are the ministry of death.  2 Corinthians 3:7 No one is justified by keeping the Ten Commandments.  Galatians 2:16   There is none righteous, no not one.  Jesus knew all this when he told the rich young ruler to keep the Ten Commandments but when the rich young ruler asked, “What do I still lack ?”  The main answer is what Jesus said, “Come, follow me.”  In short, keeping the Ten Commandments will not give you everlasting life but following Jesus will. 

 Another thing to understand here is that all carnal unconverted people are under the law and this rich young ruler was under the Ten Commandments so Jesus answered rightly when he told this rich young ruler to keep the Ten Commandments.  Jesus knew that this rich young ruler was deceiving himself by thinking he actually kept the Ten Commandments and that the offer to come and follow Jesus would be rejected.  This was the rich young rulers calling but because he rejected the calling he was not chosen.  

On this blog I have written about this very thing many times.  I have explained in great detail why GOD gave the Ten Commandments and that they are what condemns all carnal unconverted people to death and they are the old covenant.  Jesus is the new covenant and if we follow him we escape the condemnation of the Ten Commandments and enter a better covenant with access to repentance, grace, faith, imputed righteousness and forgiveness of our sins. Jesus came to save us from the Ten Commandments . 

The Ten Commandments were given by GOD to us to show us these things, to lead us as a schoolmaster to Christ, and once in Christ we have no need of a schoolmaster anymore, no need to keep the old covenant, the Ten Commandments.

If you are familiar with the scriptures you should have noticed that in this article I quoted several scriptures that prove this truth and if you have been reading this blog you should have at the least known my position on the Ten Commandments, the old covenant verses the two Commandments of the new covenant.  Also my articles about how GODS love in HIS saints is what fulfills the intent of the Ten Commandments.  GODS love is the fulfillment of the Ten Commandments.

So then, if you happen to hear a law keeper say Jesus wants us to keep the Ten Commandments then you should now know that for a carnal person that’s true but for the spiritual person it’s not.  Ten Commandment law keepers are yet in the old covenant but those who keep the two commandments of love in the Holy Spirit are the ones who will find everlasting life and lack nothing.

 

DID THE WITCH OF ENDOR SUMMON THE SPIRIT OF DEAD SAMUEL ?

 

1 Samuel 28:3-14   “Now Samuel was dead  and all Israel had mourned for him and buried him in his own town in Raman. Saul had expelled the mediums and spiritists from the land. The Philistines assembled and set up camp at Shunem while Saul gathered all Israel and set up camp at Gilboa. When Saul saw the Philistine army he was afraid and trembled violently. He inquired of the Lord but the Lord did not answer him by dreams or the Urim or the prophets. Then Saul said to his servants, find me a woman who has a familiar spirit so I can go and consult her.  There is a witch at Endor his servants replied. So Saul disguised himself by putting on different clothes and set out with two of his men. They came to the woman at night and Saul said, consult a spirit for me. Bring up the for me the one I name. But the woman said, surely you know what Saul had done, how he has killed the mediums and spiritists in the land. Why have you set a trap to get me killed. Then Saul swore to her by the Lord, As surely as the Lord lives no punishment shall come upon you for this.  Whom shall I bring up for you ? Bring up Samuel he replied.  But when the woman saw Samuel she cried out in a loud voice, why have you deceived me?  You are Saul.  Do not be afraid Saul replied . What do you see ?  I see a god coming up out of the earth, the woman answered. What does he look like asked Saul ?  An old man is coming up and is wearing a robe she replied.” 

“A god coming up out of the earth” is a demon. A demon is an Elohim or god. Strongs concordance article #430H shows that this word can be applied to a man who is a judge or king, angels or GOD.  Read the Strongs article for yourself. All Human spirits do not go down at death, they go up, they go back to GOD at death. Ecclesiastes 3:21 and Ecclesiastes 12:7   This spirit brought up by the witch was a demonic spirit, a familiar spirit, who knew Samuel and could imitate him.  The witch was in league with Satan.  

This story is used by false Christians to support the immortal soul lie.  If Satan can get you to believe in instant life after death then you are calling GOD a liar because GOD said, “You shall surely die” but Satan said, “You shall not surely die”.  You believe Satan instead of GOD.  The same thing is true of other scriptures that have been translated incorrectly or punctuation wrongly used.  People that have had this lie crammed down their throats for years have a very difficult time understanding or believing the truth.  

WHAT IS THE MEANING OF LIFE ?

 

According to research the most asked question of all time is; what is the meaning of life ?  The answer is something humanity has been searching for since the beginning.  As human beings we are alone in this universe when it comes to asking this question.  All Other life forms are incapable of this kind of thinking.  This fact is one of the reasons why we ask the question to begin with.  Why are humans so different from all other life on Earth with respect to high intelligence ?  What is it that gives us the ability to contemplate our existence when no other life form can ?  Is there a reason we exist or are we nothing more than some supposed cosmic accident ?  

There are answers to these questions but would we accept them or reject them ?  The answers themselves must be believed otherwise we remain ignorant.  Within this blog there are articles that give the answers from a source, that if you believe in it, can provide satisfaction , closure and happiness.  

The source I refer to is GOD.  We exist because GOD created us. We are told that we were created after the image of GOD according to HIS likeness, but what does that mean ?  Is GOD a flesh and blood human being ?  Is this image and likeness we are in, which is GOD, physical or spiritual ?  It is spiritual.  The other life forms on Earth are not in GODS image or likenesses, just humans. The image and likeness is spiritual, our intelligence and ability to ask questions and seek answers is something spiritual that GOD created us with.  This is the image and likeness, it is that we have a cognitive mind or spirit in us, a spiritual component that is housed by a temporary body of flesh.  The flesh is not the spirit and the spirit is not the flesh, but only the spirit part of us is after GODS image and according to GODS likeness.  This image and likeness we have is infinitely lower than what GOD has.  In essence we are a very poor copy of GODS image and likeness. This doesn’t make us YAHWEH, it makes us a poor image of HIM.  We begin our existence in this image and likeness with the potential to become more like the GOD who created us.  Jesus Christ was called the express image of GOD in Hebrews 1:3.  The word “express” is Strongs concordance article #5481 and it means an exact representation of character.  Jesus Christ had GODS character, that is Jesus was righteous, incapable of sin and equal to GODS agape or GODLY love.  Jesus had none of GODS attributes that are unique to GOD only like omniscience, omnipotence or omnipresence but in quality of character Jesus Christ was equal to his GOD and FATHER. Our hope and very reason for our existence is to be recreated to be in the image and likeness of Jesus Christ who was created by GOD after GODS image and likeness. This is why scripture says Jesus is the image of the invisible GOD.  Colossians 1:15  Jesus is the first born in all of creation, that is Jesus Christ was the first human being to be born into the kingdom of GOD. Jesus is the first born of MANY.  Romans 8:29  While believing this in faith, all humans will, each in their own order, have this opportunity presented to them in three different times; now, the millennium and finally the second resurrection.  

This is meaning of life.  This is why you exist , why GOD created you.  All of our lives will eventually have meaning and purpose once we are given this knowledge by the FATHERS HOLY SPIRIT.  Currently, only a very small number of people who are the chosen saints of GOD in the time before the second advent, have this opportunity and the rest of humanity will receive it later.  

DO NOT BE EASILY OFFENDED

 

Matthew 11:6 “And blessed is he whosoever shall not be offended because of me.”  The words of Jesus.

Luke 7:23 “Blessed is he who does not fall away because of me.”  Again the words of Jesus.

Jesus spoke the truth to thousands of people but offended most of them.  

Matthew 13:57 “And they took offense at him. But Jesus said to them, a prophet is not without honor except in his own country and in his own house.”

Jesus told many people that they were the devils children and didn’t have the Holy Spirit. Well, guess what, I do the same thing on this blog. Jesus told people the truth because he loved them but they were offended and many times they blasphemed and eventually they murdered him.  

We live in a world today that is like it was in the days of Noah, perilous times where all false Christianity is following deceiving spirits and the teachings of demons.  1 Timothy 4:1  

 True Christians are rarer than hens teeth in this world.  If one of these true Christians, a mature elect saint of GOD, would tell you the truth would you believe it or would you be offended and think evil thoughts about them ?  Whether I write or speak the truth to people I do so in love but they for the most part do not believe, become offended, withdraw and allow a root of bitterness to grow in them.  I have seen this many times in the last 33 years.  Of the few people who have shown some hope of being truly called all have become offended, have withdrawn and it was their choice to do so.  Today I still fellowship with three others who have been called and chosen and are not easily offended. The time for us is now but the time of these others will come later. 

When Jesus was preaching the gospel it was the first time Christianity was preached publicly but in times past GOD dealt with people privately.  People like Able, Enoch, Noah, Abraham, Sara, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Moses, Miriam, Aaron, Joshua, Caleb and all the prophets GOD dealt with privately.  These people knew the gospel and understood that in the future a savior would be born, they looked forward to everything that true Christians now have today. According to Hebrews 11 they will be in the first resurrection with saints after Christ.  I call these people Christians, but you know what, many are offended by this due to their ignorance and lacking in the Holy Spirit.  

I have told people that the new covenant writings were dominated by the Apostle Paul, the Apostle to the Gentiles, because it was the time of the Gentiles and the olive tree in Romans 11 had the unbelieving Israelites branches broken off so that the Gentiles could be grafted into the olive tree.   

I have written about the 144,000 and the innumerable multitude, that they would be the only people to enter the kingdom of GOD when Jesus returns and everyone else must wait until the millennium and second resurrection.  

I have written about what sin really is.  Most think sin is something you actually say or do when these things serve only to reveal what you think, which is the real sin, and then the things you say or do are the effects of how you think.  Sin is evil thoughts in the mind, the human spirit, this is what defiles a person. However, most don’t believe.

I have written that there is nothing about a human being that is immortal.   Death is not life, that there is no IMMEDIATE LIEF AFTER DEATH.  But there are certain scriptures that people read, that don’t have the Holy Spirit, thinking with a carnal mind, that these scriptures say there is immediate life after death.  I have several articles on this blog that explain how these scriptures have either been deliberately changed or poorly translated and show from other scriptures what the truth about life and death is.  This truth was also met with disbelief.

I have written that when GOD calls you out of the deception you were in, no matter if you were baptized in it or not, you still need to be baptized with the one and only true baptism in the name of Jesus Christ only.  But you know, there are many who think whatever baptism they had before was good enough or that baptism is no longer required or that it’s a matter of personal choice.  Well, any previous baptism meant nothing, baptism is required and it isn’t your personal choice when Jesus commanded baptism in his name. Again, we have in this type of mind Satan the devil’s influence over people like this.  They arrive at conclusions based on carnal thinking which is death.

Many other things I have written about are received, for the most part, in the same way.  People are just to easily offended and react with anger and incorrectly think they are being attacked rather than seeing GODS elect saint is trying to help them in GODS love.  A raised voice and sharp words are not always in a negative light because sometimes they are in love.  If your human father screams at you for something your about to do that could hurt or possibly kill you does he do it because he hates you and wants to offend you or because he loves you ?  A message cannot always be interpreted by how it is delivered.  The lesson to learn in this is; do not be easily offended.

It is time again for another update for my readers of this blog.  At the time of this writing, 1 pm September 8, 2026, there have been 139, 319 times that this blog’s articles have been read.  There has been a total of only 226 comments which is very low when compared to the number of reads.  I have been encouraging you readers to make a comment but thus far very very few have.  There are businesses and corporations that access the blog but for what reason I don’t know.

I started this blog in 2011 and for the first 12 years there was not much response at all.  It has been over the last 3 years that the number of hits or reads has really taken off.  There are also 5 contributing authors with articles on the blog whose posts are doing very well. Most articles are spiritual in nature but some of them deal with problems in the world and their economics and governments. Sometimes I will post an article from other writers that I feel are useful. There is a total of 589 posted articles and 226 comments over the 15 years since starting this blog.  The reason for the sudden burst of readers may be due to people searching for answers who are dissatisfied with the worlds churches and are looking elsewhere.  

I do hope the number of comments increases and I assure you that I will answer you if you comment. 

I would also like to hear suggestions from you  about topics you would like to know about.

1 Peter 3:18-20

For Christ suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to GOD, being put to death in the flesh but made alive by the spirit, (The  FATHER RESURRECTED JESUS FROM THE DEAD) and by the same spirit (The Holy Spirit of the FATHER) he went and preached to the spirits in prison (Living people that Jesus preached the gospel to) which beforehand were disobedient (Some previously disobedient heard the gospel and became saints).* When Once long ago the long suffering of GOD waited in the days of Noah while the ark was being prepared were a few , eight souls, were saved by water.

In the day Peter wrote this there was no such thing as punctuation so where one sentence ends and an other begins is determined by change of thought or additional information.  In verse 20 between the words disobedient and when should be a period because the previous sentences had to do with Christ but the verses after shifts to the days of Noah, a change of thought.  The words after disobedient “once long ago” is Strongs number 4218 it means “formerly in old time” and this is where the thought changes from Christ to Noah.  Seeing it this way will agree with the teaching of the resurrection and confirm there is no immediate life after death. It removes the appearance of scripture contradicting itself. Anyone who has been involved in other heresies like Preterism or been a preacher in a false church is especially susceptible to Satanic deceptions. They carry a lot of excess baggage from the world. 

Now, in 2 Peter 2:5  Peter calls Noah a preacher of righteousness.  Who did Noah preach to ? The spirits in prison of his day, living humans. The prison is being condemned to death and awaiting execution because of sin.  In the day of Jesus he too preached to the spirits in prison, living people also condemned to death because of sin. Isaiah 49:9  Isaiah 42:7  Isaiah 61:1 are all prophetic about Jesus.  The fulfillment is Luke 4:18-21  

In each case only a few would be saved. Those few were beforehand or formerly disobedient but repented and were baptized and given the spirit.  They became saints, formerly disobedient but now obedient.  No one in Noah’s day responded to his righteous preaching except his family. Jesus had a better turn out than Noah did but not by much because there were only 120 people in that upper room on the day of Pentecost and this after Jesus had preached to thousands of people.  1 Peter 3:21 connects all of these verses to BAPTISM with the eight saved by water in Noah’s day to the baptism in Christ that is in his name.

Isaiah 61:1   Psalm 146:7   Psalm 102:19-20

You and I, before our conversion, were spiritual prisoners held captive by Satan , spirits in prison, in this world with no hope.  We have been set free , released from the prison of the Devil and the law, the Ten Commandments.  

1 Peter 3:18-20 is not about Christ somehow surviving death and preaching to spirits who lived in the days of Noah.  

The resurrection is a doctrine of the church, Hebrews 6:2,  and doctrine does not change therefore if a resurrection is when the dead are brought back to life again it means they were dead beforehand.  It means they were unconscious and dead but the resurrection makes them conscious and alive. Dead people can't even sin anymore.

 Romans 6:7 "for anyone who has died has been  set free from sin." This is because dead people cannot think, speak or act.

Quite frankly the truth of life and death and the resurrection I consider to be one of the easiest doctrines to understand when a person has the Holy Spirit.  If someone can’t grasp this easy truth then how will they grasp the harder truths. Two of The three saints I fellowship with have known this truth for 40 years.  Satan is described as a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour.  Those who Satan seeks are the saints because he already has the world.  Satan wants the saints of GOD.  It is also said that;  “in the latter days some will depart from the faith giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons.”  1 Timothy 4:1   One doctrine of the demons is immediate life after death.  If you have fallen for this lie then you are in great danger of being devoured.  

I am not writing to the world but to those GOD is in some fashion working with, weather converted or not.  My words are in no way intended to insult, demean or brag about my spiritual understanding. This isn’t an ego trip on my part.  I truly desire to help the people GOD is working with but if they close their minds and adhere to the doctrines of demons then I can do nothing, it is then in GODS hands to deal with them. 

One of the tests to determine who is converted or not is given in 1 John 4:4-6  

 "whoever is from GOD listens to us but whoever is not from GOD does not listen to us."  

The “us” in this verse are the mature elect saints.

When I see someone who held so much promise fall for a Satanic deception and will not listen to those who are mature Christian saints that attempt to correct their error then I am greatly disappointed and saddened.  These rebellious minds reveal what spirit they are of.  Rather than listen they only want to continue to push the lie they believe and all sense of spiritual logic and reason are gone.  This is the parable of the sower in real life application. 

 Even though I know that only GOD calls and chooses people the saints do not always know immediately who truly is chosen but wait to see the fruits of the spirit working in a person, to see what kind of ground their seed fell upon.  Over the last 30 years there have been a few that I had hope for only to find that they were never chosen.  All of them have had some lie they embraced and would not let go.  Because of my poor track record in seeking out other elect of GOD I see this as a learning experience that I should be concerned from now on with those who have truly grown in the spirit and have shown themselves to have been called and chosen; the small group I fellowship with.  I will continue writing articles but will not seek out anyone,  just be a quiet witness to the truth. 

 

SELF RIGHTEOUSNESS BY THE TEN COMMANDMENTS OR GODS RIGHTEOUSNESS AS A GIFT BECAUSE OF FAITH

 

In one of my conversations with Anthony Buzzard the word “righteousness” was mentioned and Anthony made the following comment, “righteousness is a dreary word”, now the word dreary used by Anthony means  something dull, bleak  or depressing which makes you feel sad or uninspired.  When Anthony said this I instantly realized that he did not understand the gospel of Jesus Christ because the gospel message heavily depends upon the believer being imputed with GODS righteousness, the righteousness of GOD by faith. 

 Romans 4:20-24  “Abraham did not waver at the promise of GOD through unbelief but was strengthened in faith giving glory to GOD and being fully convinced that what GOD had promised GOD was also able to perform.  And therefore it was accounted (imputed) to Abraham for righteousness. Now it was not written for Abrahams sake alone that righteousness was imputed to him but for us. It shall be imputed to us who believe in GOD who raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead.”

Romans 3:21  “But now THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD apart from the law is revealed being witnessed by the law and the prophets, even the righteousness of GOD through faith in Jesus Christ..” 

Anthony did not know the difference between righteousness UNDER THE LAW and the IMPUTED RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD BY FAITH.  Under the law the righteousness was of the person who kept the law and as Isaiah says, 

Isaiah 64:6  “But we are all like an unclean thing and ALL OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS ARE LIKE FILTHY RAGS, we all fade as a leaf and our iniquities like the wind have taken us away.”

Both Paul and Isaiah say that righteousness under the law was worthless because it wasn’t the righteousness of GOD.  GOD imputes righteousness or credits the saints with a quality they do not have naturally with GODS own righteousness because they have faith to believe GOD and Christ.  

Romans 5:17  “For if by one man’s offense death reigned through that one, much more then those who receive abundance of grace and THE GIFT OF RIGHTEOUSNESS will reign in life through the one, Jesus Christ.”

GOD RIGHTEOUSNESS is a gift to the person who has faith in GOD just as Abraham had faith in GOD.  To not understand this is to be ignorant of the message of the gospel because scripture says,

  1 Corinthians 6:9  “Do you not know the unrighteous SHALL NOT INHERIT THE KINGDOM OF GOD.”

To be in GODS kingdom, to have salvation, we must have GODS imputed gift of righteousness.  Without GODS imputed gift of righteousness no  one will inherit the kingdom of GOD.  This is a very serious thing to not understand this.  Anthony Buzzard and millions of other people don’t understand this.  Have you been taught this truth in the church you attend ?  

The Ten Commandments do not impute the righteousness of GOD to the one under the Ten Commandments. 

  Galatians 2:21  For if righteousness came by the law, the Ten Commandments, then CHRIST DIED FOR NOTHING.”  

What righteousness anyone has must come as a gift from GOD imputing HIS own righteousness to you because you believe GOD.  Do you see and understand this, well if you do you know much more than Anthony Buzzard and millions of other people.

Today in this world people are caught between two opinions; keeping the Ten Commandments to please GOD or having faith to believe the gospel that GOD preached through HIS son that all the works of Ten Commandments keeping will not produce the righteousness of GOD but rather GOD will impute, give as a free gift, HIS own righteousness to the one who will believe the new covenant gospel and PASSOVER from filthy rags to gold, silver and precious stones.  The Ten Commandments are self righteousness but the gospel is the message of GODS own righteousness imputed to you because you believe.

ANYONE NOT IN CHRIST HAS NO LIFE IN THEM

The scriptures confirm that all human beings are mortal.  Jesus Christ was mortal otherwise he couldn’t have died.  It is impossible to be dead yet alive somewhere else.  This life the gospel promises us is immortal life but who among all people will receive this immortal life ?  

1 John 5:11-12 “And this is the testimony; GOD has given us everlasting life and this life is in HIS son.  Whoever has the son has life; whoever does not have the son of GOD does not have life.”

Do you see that the ONLY PEOPLE that have the promise of everlasting life are the true elect saints of GOD.  It is a promise, we don’t have it yet, it’s given when Jesus returns.

1 John 2:25 “And this is the PROMISE HE has PROMISED us - everlasting life.”

Even if we die before Jesus returns we will be resurrected from the dead to immortality.  As scripture says, “this mortal must put on immortality.”

When anyone says there is immediate life after death they are a liar.  Some people think Jesus, after he died on the cross, went and preached to spirits in prison.  If the only way to everlasting life is through Jesus Christ then how can people who are not In Christ live after death ?  The only way to live again after dying is by a resurrection from the dead that scripture says happens when Jesus returns.  

Don’t you see that if these liars that think evil people, not in Christ Jesus, are yet alive after death then this is giving immortality to people who are evil and not GODS elect, not the church.  The church is in Christ, they have the promise of everlasting life but the world doesn’t.  These liars give everlasting life to sinners.  The liars completely bypass Christ and in their ignorance destroy the gospel message.

2 Corinthians 4:3-4 “If our gospel is hidden, it is hidden in them that perish. In whom the god of this world (Satan) has blinded the minds of them that don’t believe least the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of GOD, should shine unto them.”

Part of the faith of the elect is the taking of the bread and wine that is the new covenant Passover.  Paul tells us not to take this Passover in an unworthy manner.  We must properly discern the body of Christ.

1 Corinthians 11:29 “For he who eats and drinks in an unworthy manner eats and drinks judgment to himself not discerning the Lords body.”

If any of these liars who say there is immediate life after death take the Lords Passover they have done so in an unworthy manner.  They are unworthy of the body of Christ.  A murderer is a sinner and of this evil world.  If the murderer dies and has not been led to Christ by the FATHER, is unconverted, then the liars say he is being tormented in hell.  Read this.

1 John 3:15 “Anyone who hates a brother or sister is a murderer and you know that no murderer has EVERLASTING LIFE abiding in him.”

Do you understand this scripture ?  It is saying plainly that unrepentant sinners not in Christ will not have the promise of everlasting life therefore when they die they cease to exist as the scriptures say.  

If any of you liars out there in this evil world have taken the bread and wine in an unworthy manner then you are unworthy of the body of Christ and will face judgement.

Immortality is not given to the sinners in this world, it is ONLY given to GODS elect saints when Jesus returns.  THE DEAD IN CHRIST SHALL RISE FIRST.  The rest of the dead will be resurrected a thousand years later in the second resurrection. It will be then that these liars will see their lies. 

 

THE FEW WHO ARE ALIVE AND REMAIN

 Scripture says that it is appointed for men once to die. 

 Hebrews 9:27 “And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgement.”

The elect saints of GOD will not be judged on the day of judgement for all the rest of humanity because in order to inherit the kingdom and everlasting life the saints are being judged now.  The household of GOD is being judged NOW.

1 Peter 4:17 “For it is time for judgement to begin with GODS household and if it begins with us what will the outcome be for those who do not obey the gospel of GOD ?”

The true church is being judged now but the rest of the unconverted world will be judged at the great white throne judgment recorded in Revelation 20:11-15 .  If the elect saints are to inherit the kingdom and immortality when Jesus returns then by necessity they must be judged before Jesus returns.  

The elect saints of GOD are mentioned in Revelation 7 & 14 and the number of them is 144,000 from the time of righteous Able until the total number is sealed in Revelation 7.  What this means is that  in order to agree with Hebrews 9:27, that men are appointed once to die, that the majority of GODS elect saints are dead.  Now we know that death in scripture is many times compared to sleep because in both death and sleep unconsciousness is the only thing each have in common.  The Apostle Paul uses the word sleep in 1 Corinthians 15:51;

 “Behold, I tell you a mystery, we SHALL NOT ALL SLEEP but we shall all be changed.”

When Jesus returns there will be a very, very small remnant of the elect still alive;

1 Thessalonians 4:17 “Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet Jesus in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.”

Now this is not the lie of the rapture because the saints rule with Jesus on the earth when Jesus returns they don’t go to heaven.  The scripture says;

 “We shall reign on the earth.” Revelation 5:10

Now, the saints who are alive and remain have not fell asleep, have not died, remember 1 Corinthians 15:51, “we shall not all sleep” it means we shall not all die but rather be changed in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye into immortal spirit beings. 

I think this has been the desire of every generation of GODS saints since the day Jesus ascended to heaven. I know that I and the saints that I fellowship with have the same desire but we know this matter is in GODS hands.  It would be an awesome thing to see all the end time events recorded in the book of Revelation first hand.  

Give the horrific state of this world and all the insane things going on in it and we are not yet dead we see that we might be in this very small group of saints who are alive and remain.

RIGHTLY DIVIDING THE WORD OF TRUTH

 

2 Timothy 2:15 “Be diligent to present yourself approved to GOD, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”

 What does it mean to rightly divide the word of truth ?

To properly and correctly put the scriptures together in the only way possible to arrive at the truth is rightly dividing the word of truth.

This method of discovering truth is guided by the FATHERS HOLY SPIRIT.  How do I know this ?

John 6:45 “It is written in the prophets: They will all be taught by GOD.  Everyone who has heard and learned from the FATHER must come to me.”

Here Jesus is telling us that the FATHER is our teacher by His Holy Spirit in us with Jesus being the mediator between us and GOD.  

Now, we connect other scriptures to this to reenforce this truth. 

John 14:26 “But the advocate, the Holy Spirit, that the FATHER will send in my name will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.”

Here again we have the spirit of the FATHER as the teacher.  Here are a few more…..

John 16:13 “However, when the spirit of truth comes it will guide you into all truth. For it will not speak on its own but it will speak what it hears and will declare to you what is to come.”

The degree of this teaching by the FATHER is total and the teaching of men in ministry is no longer needed and has been eliminated.  How do I know this ? 

 1 John 2:27 “And as for you, the anointing you received from GOD remains in you and YOU HAVE NO NEED THAT ANYONE SHOULD TEACH YOU.  But just as GODS true and genuine anointing teaches you about all things so remain in GOD as you have been taught.”

By the spirit of the FATHER all of GODS elect saints are taught the truth and all human ministers have been eliminated.  In this way you cannot be deceived.  You will know the truth and the truth will set you free.  The reason why there is so much deception in all the false churches is that they do not have the Holy Spirit of the FATHER in them therefore they have  no divine teachings and rely on carnal minded unconverted people to be their teachers.  These false ministers will say there is a GOD but then define HIM and HIS will by using lies because they don’t know the truth.  

If you have the FATHERS Holy Spirit then you have access to the truth and can rightly divide it to arrive at even more truth because one truth leads to others. 

If the spirit of the FATHER is working with you but NOT YET IN YOU, this is your calling but how you respond to the calling will determine if you are chosen.  Here is where the parable of the sower comes into play.  Jesus, in Matthew 13:18-22, explains the parable of the sower and how various people will respond when being called but not yet chosen.  It is only the seed that falls on the good soil or earth that hears and understands GODS teaching which will lead to repentance, baptism and receiving the FATHERS spirit.  Jesus also said, “many are called, BUT FEW ARE CHOSEN.”  If you are not chosen in this present age you will be chosen in the ages to come, either in the millennium or the second resurrection.  GOD has a loving reason why HE doesn’t choose everyone now. 

“GOD is not willing that any should perish but that all come to repentance” 2 Peter 3:9 

 But the problem for the vast majority of humanity is that they will not at this time repent.  

Because of carnal thinking,  which is death, the false ministers of the world's churches cannot rightly divide the word of truth. Modern translations of the Bible actually change the scriptures to make them fit their lies. Even older translations do the same thing.  The spirit of the FATHER  is able to overcome this problem and give the elect saints the proper translation. 

In this blog or other writings where the truth is plainly shown the carnal churches will not accept it. This is the way it was prophesied to be. 

 2 Peter 2:2 “And many will follow their destructive ways, because of whom the way of truth will be blasphemed.”

If you are one of GODS elect saints then you understand what I have written here,  you know how to rightly divine the word of truth.

TO WORSHIP WHAT YOU DO NOT KNOW IS IDOLATRY

 

All the trinitarian churches say that GOD died for us.

When you say to them that GOD can’t die they reply, that the human nature of Christ died while the God nature remained immortal.  They say Jesus was fully God and fully man but if only the man part died then God did not die for us, did He ?  The God part of Christ never died according to their own admission. Wouldn’t it be proper to say that a man died for us ?  If GOD died for us and the three cannot be separated then didn’t the FATHER Aand Holy Spirit die for us too ?  If GOD is a three in one being that cannot be separated and if GOD died for us then GOD must be dead because who could raise GOD from the dead if GOD is dead…..my head is spinning, how about yours ?

The trinity teachings are full of contradictions like this.  Whenever trinitarians are backed into a corner with scriptures they tend to always rely on the two nature thing as an escape.  They also use scriptures that they don’t understand and apply their own interpretations to them, one of the most misused is John 1:1-5 , here they substitute the male pronouns he and him for the word “(it)” to make the word a person who was with GOD in the beginning.  This can be proven by examination of the words he and him in a Strongs Concordance which allows for the word it to be used just as it is used in verse 5 when it says “and darkness comprehended it not.” The “it” in this verse is correct and should be used in verses 1-4 too.  Oh boy, my ears are ringing!!!

In the beginning GOD THE FATHER was the one who spoke all things into existence.  This was GODS word so the word was GODS.  THIS WORD was with GOD and was GOD.  Through this word GOD spoke into existence all things that were made and without GOD speaking the word nothing that was made would have been made. In this word GOD spoke was life and that life was the light of men.  The light shines in the darkness but the darkness did not comprehend it.”

Later on this word of GOD was spoken by GODS son:  

 Hebrews 1:1-2 “In the past (before Christ) GOD spoke to our ancestors the prophets at many times and in different ways. But IN THESE LAST DAYS HE has spoken to us by HIS son, whom HE appointed heir of all things GOD created and because of whom HE MADE  the universe.”

Question.  If Jesus is GODS heir then is God his Own heir ?  Jesus can’t be the creator of everything and be his own heir.  Aren’t we Christians supposed to be joint heirs with Jesus, does that mean we are GOD too? According to the Trinity Jesus is god and the creator but Jesus is GODS heir, sound confusing, yeah isn’t it ?  That’s because the trinity is a complex collection of contradictions where one scripture contradicts another.  Scripture, in several places say plainly that Jesus has a GOD and it is his FATHER.  The scriptures say the Holy Spirit conceived Jesus in Mary’s womb but the FATHER is called the FATHER of Jesus….what ?!?!  Then trinitarians try to say if you mention one member of the trinity you include them all but what then happens to distinct but not separate and the son is not the father, the father is not the Holy Spirit the Holy Spirit is not the son ?  If the trinity says the gods are distinct but not separate how can you say, “if you mention one of them you include all of them ? Oh, I’m getting dizzy.

You know what GOD wants for us all, I’ll show you;

Jeremiah 9:24 “But let him who glories glory in this, THAT HE UNDERSTANDS AND KNOWS ME, that I am YAHWEH who exercises loving kindness, judgment and righteousness in the earth; for in these things I delight, says YAHWEH.”

You cannot worship a GOD that you do not know but trinitarians say we cannot know Gods nature and that it is a profound mystery that human minds cannot understand.  For not just Catholics but all trinitarians they have no understanding because they don’t have the FATHERS spirit in them.  What trinitarians can’t answer they dream up because none of it can be found in scripture.  This applies to Binitarians and Unitarians and the newest one Tetratarians  (4 gods).  

Well, there it is, the crazy ideas of multiple gods.  I hope you understand.  I’m going to now take an aspirin.

GOD THE MOTHER ???!!!

 

Yes, there is a church that believes in god the mother.

I thought that I had heard everything but I was wrong.  So now we have 4 different ideas about who and what GOD is;  the Unitarian view of only one GOD the FATHER, the Binitarian view of two gods the FATHER and Jesus, the trinitarian view of 3 gods that are somehow only 1 god and now we have tetratheism the view that there is god the father, god the mother, god the son and god the Holy Spirit.

You can’t make this stuff up.  All but the Unitarian view is polytheism or multiple gods that scripture condemns. 

 1 Corinthians:6 “yet for us there is but ONE GOD, THE FATHER, from whom all things came and for whom we live…..”

Ephesians 4:6 “ONE GOD and FATHER of all, who is over all and through all and in all.”

The common thread all these other views have is that they read the scriptures without having the Holy Spirit of the FATHER.  All of them assign their own carnal meanings to the scriptures and all of them are wrong.  

The World Mission Society Church of God teaches that God is a divine family of father, mother, son and Holy Spirit.  This church is based in South Korea and has over 4 million members worldwide and is led by Zahng Gil-Jan or god the mother. Apparently Ann Shang-hong who claimed to be god the father died in February of 1985 and now the church has replaced him with Kim Joo-cheol.  As is in the case of many false churches after the death of their leader a dispute over this change of leadership led to a division in the church and formation of The New Covenant Passover Church of God.  When unconverted people lead a false church division usually follows.  These divisions have resulted in over 45,000 churches, not all caused by the death of their founder but some by disagreement over doctrines.  All of this is CONFUSION. 

1 Corinthians 14:33 “GOD IS NOT THE AUTHOR OF CONFUSION.”

Satan is the author of confusion.  

2 Corinthians 4:3-4 “But if our gospel be hid it is hid to them that ARE LOST, in whom the god of this world (Satan) has blinded the minds of them which believe not, least the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of GOD, should shine unto them.” 

Ever since Jesus preached the gospel Satanically influenced men have came into the church itself and brought in damnable heresies.

Jude 1:4 “For certain men have crept in among you unnoticed, ungodly ones who were designated long ago for condemnation. They turn the grace of our GOD into a license for immorality and they deny our only master and Lord Jesus Christ.”

This deception that Jude spoke of is also mentioned by Paul.

1 Timothy 4:1 “Now the spirit speaks expressly that in the latter times some will abandon the faith giving heed to deceitful spirits and the teachings of demons…..”

This deception continued to our day and has grown greatly in magnitude to where every church in false Christianity has been deceived.  

You may think it obvious and perhaps humorous that the World Mission Society Church teaches 4 gods but are you so sure that the church you attend hasn’t been deceived in certain ways as well; I assure you it has.  When there are 45,000 different churches in this world how can you be so sure that you are in the right one ?  

There is a true church of GOD but it is completely unlike any church of this world.  There are only true doctrines taught to its faithful by GOD through Jesus Christ.  There are no human ministers of Satan, no arguments over doctrine or splinter groups that leave to form another church.  GOD and Christ have total control over the church.  This one true church is composed of people that GOD directly calls and chooses to be HIS elect saints.  This church is scattered to the four winds and extremely few in number.  These elect of GOD understand the level of ignorance and deception in the world’s churches. Any church that has human leaders is Satans church. These leaders appear to these churches as angels of light .

2 Corinthians 11:13-15 “For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ. And NO WONDER FOR SATAN HIMSELF TRANSFORMS HIMSELF INTO AN ANGEL OF LIGHT.  THEREFORE IT IS NO GREAT THING IF HIS MINISTERS TRANSFORM THEMSELVES INTO MINISTERS OF RIGHTEOUSNESS, WHOSE END WILL BE ACCORDING TO THEIR WORKS.”

All the world’s churches are Satans churches whether they believe in 4, 3, 2, or 1 god.  None of them truly know GOD, Christ or the message of the gospel.

THE BREATH OF LIFE

 

The breath of life.  Have you ever considered what this breath of life is ?  In order for a soul to be alive it must have the breath.  Your body was created by GOD with lungs that take in air to oxygenate the blood that is pumped by the heart through the body to sustain the body’s operation.  Now, this breath of life is a spirit especially designed to induce breathing to provide the necessary oxygen to keep the body functioning.  Dead people don’t breathe, only living people breathe.  This is how the spirit of the breath of life imputes what seems to be life to the body.  The body is composed of matter which has no life or intelligence.  The spirit of the breath of life has life and intelligence.  

“It is the spirit that gives life, the flesh profits nothing.”  John 6:63

Psalm 150:6 “Let everything that HAS BREATH praise the LORD..”

Acts 17:25 “And HE is not served with men’s hands as though HE needed anything since HE gives LIFE AND BREATH to all things.”

Job 33:4 “The spirit of GOD has made me and the breath of the ALMIGHTY gives me life.”

Job 7:7 “Remember O GOD that my life is but a breath….”

Ezekiel 37:9 “Then HE said to me prophesy to the BREATH , prophesy son of man, and say to it, this is what the sovereign LORD says; come breath from the four winds and breathe into these slain THAT THEY MAY LIVE.”

Revelation 11:11 “But after three and a half days the BREATH OF LIFE from GOD entered the two witnesses and they stood upon their feet…”

The breath of life spirit cannot operate unless it has a body to operate in.  If the breath of life spirit has no body to operate in then it becomes inoperative, can do absolutely nothing.  This breath of life spirit is not immortal because it only provides intelligence breath to the body. Human beings have the same breath as any animal, all animals and humans are souls or a living BREATHING creature. The only differences between a human and an animal is that humans were created to have a relationship with GOD and possess intelligence above all other animals having a human spirit, animals were not and each of the lower animals have their own unique spirit and are guided by instinct not intelligence. 

This is how GOD designed and created a human being.  Without the breath of the spirit the body is dead, the breath of life spirit stops operating and is dormant or as many scriptures say is asleep.

 James 2:26 “As the body WITHOUT THE SPIRIT IS DEAD…..”

Solomon informs us that at death the breath of life spirit returns to GOD.

 Ecclesiastes 12:7 last part ……”and the spirit goes back to GOD who gave it.”   

Now you must remember that this breath of life spirit requires a body in order to operate therefore the body and breath of life spirit are mutually dependent upon each other to have mortal life.

Perhaps you have heard of the lie of the immortal soul.  There is nothing about the soul that is immortal.  Perhaps you know that the soul is the complete mortal person, the union of the body with the breath of life spirit.  It is a lie to say that a human being has three parts; body, soul and spirit.  Humans, all humans, have only two parts; the body and the breath of life spirit.  If in 1 Corinthians 15:53 KJV last part “and this MORTAL must put on immortality” then humans are not immortal.  

What we learn from all this information is that death is not life, that humans have no part of themselves that is immortal.  Therefore, when anyone dies, even Jesus Christ, there is no immediate life after death.  

The message of the gospel is that if we in faith believe the truth of the gospel then even if we die GOD will resurrect us when Jesus returns. To believe the lie of the immortal soul or to think that there is immediate life after death is not the gospel, it’s a lie. 

WHAT IS LIFE AND HOW DID IT BEGIN

 Life, why are we alive ?  Why do we die ?  Is life an accident of nature or a planned event ?  

I watched a documentary called “Uncommon Knowledge” sponsored by the Hoover Institution hosted by Peter Robinson who is a research fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University.  Mr. Robinson had three guests; John Lennox, Stephen Meyer and James Tour all distinguished in various scientific disciplines.  All three guests had a belief in intelligent design, that there was a creator that brought everything into existence.  All three based their beliefs in how the human body or any living organism has an extremely complex structure that goes far beyond what current scientific theories suggest.  During the course of conversation scripture was mentioned several times.  What I noticed throughout the entire discussion was that the word “spirit” was never mentioned at all during this particular conversation although in other episodes of Uncommon Knowledge it has been.  

The main focus of the discussion centered on the body, the DNA, molecules, atoms etc and how that the human body as well as all other types of life show a similar extremely complex design thus indicating the existence of a designer.  The physical universe was discussed in the same manner. 

It seemed to me that the ideas all three had were based solely upon the physical and ignored the spiritual.  It must be asked, is matter alive, is matter intelligent ?  

Scripture plainly says that the spirit is what gives life and intelligence and that matter does not. To answer the questions what is life and how did it begin lies with the spirit, not the physical.

In the creation of Adam GOD first formed the body but before the breath of life was given Adam was not a living breathing creature, a soul.  A soul is the combination of breath and body.  People don’t have a soul they are a soul. 

 Life and intelligence is by the spirit not the flesh.

  Job 32:8 says, “There is a spirit man and the breath of the ALMIGHTY gives them understanding.”  

John 6:63 “It is the spirit that gives life the flesh profits nothing. The words I speak to you are spirit and are life.”  

After sin entered the world the tree of life was sealed off, the way to immortality was closed and death was the fate of humanity because the tree Adam ate the fruit of produced death.  It is impossible for matter to be alive and intelligent therefore the life and intelligence of humanity is from the human spirit, the breath of life.  Since GOD sealed off the tree of life, that would have given immortality, then there is nothing about humanity that is immortal.  

Scripture says that immortality, everlasting life, is a gift from GOD to the elect saints.  The incorrect idea that the soul is immortal is actually saying a person, the complete person, body and spirit that together is a soul, is immortal.  Are you who are reading these words immortal ?  If GOD gives immortality as a gift at the first resurrection when Jesus returns then how could we have it now ?  This gift is given at the resurrection of the dead when Jesus Christ returns. 

There is just no way we can know the intricate details of how GOD creates life or anything else that GOD has created.  This awesome knowledge is unattainable therefore the answers to the questions what is life and how did it begin must be by faith and what GOD has revealed in the scriptures.

On this blog I have written about things like this.  That the human brain doesn’t think or store information, like the soul is not immortal, that the destiny of GODS saints is immortality as a spirit being, that Jesus was the very first human being to receive immortality and many other articles. 

Deuteronomy 29:29 sums up for us the way things known and unknown operate.

“The secret things belong to the LORD our GOD, but those things that are revealed belong to us and to our children forever…….”

Then Job asks, “Can you fathom the deep things of GOD or discover the limits of the ALMIGHTY.”

Another extremely important question, why did GOD create humanity ?  The short answer is that GOD wanted to create other beings similar to HIMSELF; immortal Beings composed of spirit that would have GODS character of love and righteousness and this is why humanity was created.  Scripture informs us that GOD is love, that GOD is spirit, therefore if we are to be recreated to be in HIS image and likeness then we must become love and spirit.  Jesus Christ was the only human being thus far to achieve this transformation and if we are in Christ we will be transformed into the image of Christ who was the image of GOD. 

Presently we all are mortal humans but this mortal must put on immortality and through Jesus Christ. GOD has provided two resurrections of the dead; the first for those in Christ only, to love and righteousness as immortal spirit beings and the second resurrection is back to mortal existence again and to be instructed in the way that leads to the things the saints received a thousand years previously.   

What determines this immortality is love, GODLY Love, which is far above human love.  This part of GODS character was displayed to us by HIS son who was created by GOD in HIS express image.  John tells us GOD is love therefore to be recreated in HIS image we must become the same love as GOD. All other gifts of GODS spirit pale in comparison to GODS love because without it we are nothing.  No human being will ever be in GODS kingdom without GODS love in them.  Romans 5:5 tells us plainly how a human being receives GODLY love.

“And hope does not disappoint because the love of GOD has been poured out within our hearts (the human spirit) by the Holy Spirit HE has given us.”

GODS love empowers the believer to love GOD, Jesus Christ, the saints and our neighbors which are the two greatest commandments ever that Jesus gave us.  These two commandments replace the old covenant Ten Commandments that did not give this GODLY love.  To not love with GODLY love is sin as James says; 

“To know to do good (love) and do it not is sin.” James 4:17

Another scripture; Philippians 2:13

“For it is GOD who works in you both to will and to do HIS good pleasure.”

The love we desperately need for salvation is from GOD and if any of GODS saints fall short of it they need to pray to GOD and confess this and ask for more of HIS love to work in you.  

This is why life doesn’t originate by physical means but by spiritual means.  Our GOD given potential is to be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, from a physical human being into an immortal spirit being of love and righteousness.  Jesus was called the first born of many, the first human being to experience this transformation.  Out of necessity Jesus had to be created by his GOD and FATHER perfect in love and righteousness but as a human being.  This perfect human was then offered as a sacrifice to pay the penalty for the sins of humanity so that all who believe he did this could have an opportunity to follow him later on into his FATHERS kingdom.  This is the human potential and in order to achieve it you must be love as GOD and Christ are love. 

This current physical existence is temporary and is where GOD gets the “raw material” as the potter gets the clay to shape it into what HE desires. In Jeremiah 18:1-3 is a parable with a message. 

Jeremiah 18:1-4  “The word which came to Jeremiah from the LORD saying; arise and go down to the potters house and there I will cause you to hear MY words.  Then I went down to the potters house and there he was making something at the wheel.  And the vessel that he made was marred in the hand of the potter, so he made it again into another vessel as it seemed good to the potter to make.”

The first vessel that was marred is Adam, the second vessel is Jesus Christ.  Just as GOD created Jesus from the same clay as all humans are HE will take our marred clay and reshape us into another vessel that pleases HIM. 

Isaiah 64:8  “But now O LORD you are our FATHER; YOU are our potter and we hare the clay and we are all the work of your hand.”

Romans 9:21  “Does not the potter have power over the clay to make from the same lump one vessel of honor and another for dishonor ?”

These few verses of scripture contain much information about what GOD has done.  Beginning with Genesis 1:1 and ending with Revelation 22:21 there is a tremendous amount of spiritual information and only by the FATHERS Spirit in us can we even begin to comprehend the width, length, depth and height to know the love that passes knowledge that you may be filled with all the fullness of GOD.” 

 

 

THE ANALOGY OF DEATH AND SLEEPING AND DREAMING

 

John 11:11 “These things he said, and after that he said to them, our friend Lazarus sleeps but I go to wake him up.”

This scripture is an analogy or a comparison between two different things to show how they are similar usually to help explain a complex or unfamiliar idea.

An analogy can be taken to far by falsely claiming that every minor detail or hidden feature of the analogy must also match.  The parable of Lazarus and the rich man is an example of this.  It is obvious to the one with the Holy Spirit that everything in that parable cannot be taken as fact.  

Jesus had to explain to his disciples what he meant by saying Lazarus was sleeping;

“So Jesus told them plainly, Lazarus is dead…”  John 11:15

Now the only point to consider in this analogy is that Jesus compared sleeping to being dead.  The one who would take this analogy too far would say, “we can move in our sleep, we may talk in our sleep and we still breath while we are sleeping”, but the focus of Jesus’ remark about sleep has to be the unconscious state of the dead because don’t we know the dead don’t move, talk or breath ?  Now, we also know that dead people do not think or have thoughts because they are unconscious so then, if you try to use this in the analogy Jesus gave it is like trying to use moving, talking or breathing, it ruins the analogy.  Consciousness is not sleeping because you’re unconscious just like the dead are. Don’t we know the dead are unconscious and so is a sleeping person?  So then in order to not disturb the analogy by adding something to it that doesn’t belong unconsciousness is common to both death and sleep but moving, talking or breathing is not.  

Now, going a bit further, someone who has died cannot sin because they are unconscious so if you analogize regular sleep with death, both being unconscious, then just as the dead person cannot sin neither can the sleeping person sin.  A dead person cannot think at all.  Thinking is a function of consciousness but a sleeping person may dream which is also not consciousness.  This aligns perfectly with the analogy.  Consciousness is the state of being awake and aware of your surroundings and able to function alone or with others in reality.  You cannot do that if dead or sleeping.  Dreams are a part of unconscious sleep that you have no control over.  

Weather dead or sleeping you are unconscious but if you try to add dreaming into the sin category then you violate the analogy Jesus gave.  It’s sleep compared to death, period.  The entire idea of dreams being sin is like saying the dead can move, talk and breathe. Dreams can’t be sin anymore than dead people can dream.  Sin requires conscious awareness and free choice both of which are absent during sleep or in death. 

Dreams come from your SUBCONSCIOUS MIND.  You can’t plan or control what happens in them. Sin is being fully aware that a thought of evil is wrong but freely choosing to think that way.  This could be called daydreaming, your awake but in your mind you think evil.

 Ecclesiastes 5:3,7 “As a dream comes through many cares so the speech of a fool comes with many words. For as many dreams bring futility so do many words. Therefore fear GOD.”

GODS saints , who have grace, sleep sweet.

Ecclesiastes 3:24 “When you lie down, you will not be afraid; when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet.”  

Proverbs 3:24 “When you lie down you will not be afraid, when you rest your sleep  will be sweet.”

How would it be to try to sleep but fear that you might sin in your dreams ? Would your sleep be sweet ?

Psalm 4:8 “I will lie down and sleep in peace for you alone LORD make me… in safety.”

Ecclesiastes 5:7 “Much dreaming and many words are meaningless.” 

Dreams that come from GOD are obviously not our dreams and usually convey a message and GOD can use many different ways to make you dream but these dreams are not sin and NOT YOUR DREAMS IF GOD CAUSES THEM. 

Even if you do have a dream that’s evil and you wake up remembering it, it only becomes a sin when you consciously plan to do it.  There is a fine line here between the unconscious and conscious between being awake and aware or NOT. Consciously Planning to do what you dreamed while you were unconscious is sin, but the dream itself is not because it never happened in reality. 

 If I dream of murdering someone then wake up and remember the dream I would not consciously consider doing the murder, but if I was an evil person and planned out how I could murder and not get caught then that is sin, even if I didn’t actually carry out the murder.  It’s all in how you respond consciously to a dream not the dream itself that will be the sin.  To respond, to make the dream a conscious thought and choice is the sin.

MATTHEW 24:1-22 THE OLIVET PROPHECY

 The following is my interpretation of  Matthew 24:1-22

When Jesus left the second temple and was walking away his disciples came to him and were pointing out its buildings.  Jesus said, all these things will be destroyed. Then later on the Mount of Olives the disciples were wondering when the temple would be destroyed so they said, tell us when will the temple be destroyed and what is the sign of your return and the end of the age ?  Jesus knew that there would be deceptions about what he said concerning the destruction of the temple, that false ministers and prophets would confuse the second temple for the third, and warned them about this.  He also told them that many would come actually saying that Jesus was the messiah but at the same time deceive many people.  That wars and rumors of wars would happen after Jerusalem and the second temple would be destroyed but they were not to be alarmed by this, that is the destruction of the second temple, (they were not to be alarmed by the destruction of the second temple—think about that) as these things must happen but the end is still long after that.  Jesus told us plainly that the destruction of the second had nothing to do with the end times.  Later in his remarks Jesus mentions the third temple saying; 

“the abomination of desolation standing in the holy place, the holy of holies of the third temple.” Matthew 24:15

Jesus said there would be wars by nations and kingdoms with famines and earthquakes but this is only the beginning of sorrows and troubles.  Carnal people who worship Satan will deliver true Christians to persecution, death and being hated because of Jesus. This will cause many people to fall away and hate one another because they will have false shepherds rise and start false churches that hate each other and they will all have their false ministers, doctrines and prophets.  Wickedness will multiply and the love of most grow cold as they will be rich and increased with goods having need of nothing.  

But the remnant of the elect 144000, that have persevered to the end will be saved.  Then this gospel of the kingdom will be preached as a witness to the nations by two witnesses and an angel of heaven and then the end shall come.  So, When those elect of that day see the abomination of desolation standing in the holy place (the third temple) they will know that Jesus was not speaking about this second temple being destroyed but the one that comes after, the third.   You will know the great tribulation is coming and if you happen to be in Judea get out because Jerusalem will soon be surrounded by armies and it will be horrific times and the worst in all of human history.  This tribulation will be shortened by 220 days for the sake of the elect remnant still alive and remaining in those days otherwise no human would be left alive.  

ACCORDING TO DANIEL AND REVELATION THERE ARE 2520 DAYS IN THE COVENANT ANTICHRIST MAKES. THE FIRST THREE YEARS ARE THE FALSE MILLENNIUM BUT IN 70AD THERE WAS NO FALSE MILLENNIUM. THERE WAS NOT EVEN AN ANTICHRIST OR A TEN NATION COVENANT.  THE TEMPLE ANTICHRIST DEFILES MUST BE STANDING AND NOT A HEAP OF RUBBLE.  THE EVENTS FOLLOWING THE SECOND TEMPLES DESTRUCTION IN NO WAY FOLLOW WHAT JESUS TOLD HIS DISCIPLES IN MATTHEW 24. THEREFORE THE BOOK OF REVELATION WAS NOT WRITTEN PRIOR TO AD 70 AND THE EVENTS AFTER  AD 70 WERE ONLY MORE WAR AND RUMORS OF WAR.  THERE WAS ONLY ONE TYPE OR SHADOW EVENT THAT DIFFERS FROM THE FUTURE THIRD TEMPLE AND THE SECOND TEMPLE IS/WAS DESTROYED IN 70AD BUT THE THIRD IS STILL STANDING IN THE FUTURE WHEN CHRIST RETURNS AND WILL BE CLEANSED. 

DANIEL 8:14  “AND HE SAID UNTO ME, UNTIL 2,300 DAYS THEN SHALL THE SANCTUARY BE CLEANSED.”  

The tribulation temple is not destroyed therefore the second temple cannot be connected in any way with end time events.  This fact alone destroys Preterism. 

Ezekiel 40:5-49  &  Ezekiel 41 to 43:6-9   describes the third temple that will exist throughout the millennium.  Later, after the millennium there will be no temple.  Revelation 21:22  “But I saw no temple in the city.”  

TAKE HEED THAT NO MAN DECEIVE YOU.

SPIRITUAL BALANCE BETWEEN SIN AND GRACE

 

With respect to sin, what all of GODS elect saints must remember is Romans chapter 7.  

“So this is the principle I have discovered; when I want to do good, evil is present with me.  For in my inner being I delight in GODS law.  But I see another law at work in my body warring against the law of my mind (human spirit) and holding me captive to the law of sin that dwells within me.”  Romans 7:21-23

All of GODS elect saints have a strong will and desire to do good which is governed by our thoughts.  If we think good we do good but if we think evil we do evil.  What Paul is saying here is that we go against our own will and think and do the evil because of the desires of the flesh, the body of death.  Verse 24 continues; 

 “What a wretched man I am !  Who will save me from this BODY OF DEATH ?”  

The answer to this question is verse 25; 

 “Thanks be to GOD through Jesus Christ our Lord.” 

 Willful sin is when a person is in agreement with the body of death to have their thoughts in agreement with their words and deeds. The other side of this is a person who truly desires to do good but because of the body of death our thoughts are not always pure thus having the opportunity to lead us into words and or deeds that are evil.  The conclusion of this condition is given in the last part of verse 25; 

 “So then, with my mind (human spirit) I fulfill the law of GOD but with my flesh (the body of death) I serve the law of sin.

The elect are yet sinners but under grace that allows for repentance and forgiveness of sin.  This is what Paul is explaining here. We need not live in fear of sin but rather as conquerors of it because of GOD and Christ.

“No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through HIM who loved us.” Romans 8:37

 Romans7:4-6. “Therefore my brothers, you died to the law through the body of Christ that you might belong to another, to him who raised Christ from the dead, in order that we might bear fruit to GOD.  For when we lived according to the flesh the sinful passions (evil thoughts an desires) aroused by the law were at work in our bodies bearing fruit for death.  But now, HAVING DIED TO WHAT BOUND US WE HAVE BEEN RELEASED FROM THE LAW SO THAT WE SERVE IN THE NEW WAY OF THE SPIRIT AND NOT THE OLD WAY OF THE WRITTEN CODE (the Ten Commandments).”  

This is not a license to sin because if we died to sin and now live in Christ how can we any longer live in sin.

The elect saints are not under the law because the life, death, resurrection and ascension of Jesus Christ has purchased us out of the old covenant and brought us into the new covenant.  We have PASSED-OVER.  We are dead to the law so that we may live in Christ. 

Galatians 2:19 “For through the law I died to the law so that I might live to GOD.”

Romans 6:11 “So you too must count yourselves dead to sin but alive to GOD in Christ Jesus.”

As GODS elect saints we know that we still sin but because of what GOD did through Jesus these sins are forgiven upon sincere repentance.  This body of death is going to be replaced with a body of life, a spirit body, and we live even now in this hope.

  “We have been sacrificed with Christ and no longer live but Christ lives in us.” Galatians 2:20

That deserves a repeat.

“The life we now live in the body, we live by faith in the son of GOD who loved us and gave himself for us.” Galatians 2:20 

As long as we do not commit the unpardonable sin this amazing grace is always there for us; so then, in the matter of sin and how this grace applies we have no worries, no fear.  If GOD through Christ forgives then we are confident and secure in this to the end. 

Excess worry over sin is against the confidence that we have in Christ.  The message of the gospel is this very thing.  We must always rely on the grace provided in the gospel message and we believe that GOD forgives us.  We are the clay in the potters hands and are being reshaped to be in the image of Christ.  This good news should make us joyful and happy not sad and gloomy.  Its not taking advantage of GODS grace if GOD is the one who invented grace to give us.  “

“What shall we say in response to these things . If GOD be for us who can be against us ?” Romans 8:31

 There are times that we can be our own worst enemy when we fail to remember that the sin condition has been solved no matter if conscious or unconscious.  To doubt is to come close to calling GOD a liar. 

 It requires spiritual balance to properly view sin and forgiveness. We should be concerned about our sins but not to where it cripples us in the grace given to us. We should always repent and ask forgiveness and then accept that forgiveness and move forward with a clear and clean conscience.  This process can be repeated millions or billions of times.  GOD knows we are weak; 

“HIS spirit was sown in our weakness but if we obey the gospel we will be raised in power.” 1 Corinthians 15:43

I am fully aware that I sin and I have lost many battles in this warfare but Christ has won the victory because alone by myself I cannot. 

“But thanks be to GOD !  HE gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” 1 Corinthians 15:57

 This is faith that leads to imputed righteousness.  GOD wants us all to believe HIM.  We were not like the messiah when first converted but are to grow to eventually be an exact duplicate of him in love and righteousness. We are mortal flesh and still weak so we need changed in a moment, in a twinkling of an eye.  

How many of GODS elect saints want to fail, want to perish forever, want to live a life dedicated to Satan and sin continually ?  How many want to willfully and deliberately desire to be evil ?  How  many will refuse to repent or ask for forgiveness ?  Are you one like this ?   Of the elect that I personally know and fellowship with none of them.  If anything we tend to worry to much about sin and forgetting that Jesus conquered sin in the flesh.  As I said before, it requires spiritual balance to deal with the concepts of sin and grace.
